What Causes Shoulder Pain?

If you have shoulder pain, or someone you know has it, pay careful attention to what I’m about to share with you.

Shoulder pain can be “helped” without the use of drugs or surgery… a lot of the time.

So since that’s true, ask yourself this.

Ever wonder what is really causing your shoulder (a ball and socket joint with a large range of movement) to hurt?

Such a “mobile” joint tends to be more susceptible to injury.

Shoulder pain can stem from one or more of the following causes:

  • Strains from overexertion
  • Tendonitis from overuse
  • Shoulder joint instability
  • Dislocation
  • Collar or upper arm bone fractures
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Pinched nerves (also called radiculopathy)

If you want help, you know someone who is suffering, or has suffered from shoulder pain from an: injury, car accident or fall, call my office immediately as shoulder pain may get better, but it’s important you try to correct the underlying cause and dysfunction – – you currently have.
