I know a lot of people do not understand what that popping sound is so I’m going to explain that to you right now.
Adjustment of a joint may result in the release of a gas bubble between the joints, which makes a “popping sound.” The same thing occurs when you “crack” your knuckles.
The noise is caused by the change of pressure within your joints, which results in gas bubbles being released. There is usually minimal, if any, discomfort involved.
If you haven’t been adjusted regularly, you need to take care of your body as this will help it maintain something we call homeostasis. When you keep your body aligned, it functions better… and you feel better.
