THE TRUTH: Scientists agree that what MAKES you sick is not the actual virus, but the condition of your immune system, so the shot is useless. In other words, how strong your immune system is. Rule #1– Eat as much sugar and carbohydrates as you can possibly stomach. Avoiding essential vegetables, good fats and proteins. This will weaken your IMMUNE SYSTEM easily. Think holidays and you’ll KNOW why so many people have the flu.
Rule # 2-Avoid drinking good water when at all possible. Recommended drinks are alcohol, sodas, which are high in sugar, and juices which are very high in sugar content.
